You found very nice music background and you used it for your shorts.Having good background music is important for a decent Short.Unfortunately, most high-quality music is copyrighted.

Is it okay to use it?

Most publishers allow you to use their music in Shorts.You won’t get a strike from YouTube. Instead, you’ll see a "Shorts policy" note below your video. If you hover over it, it will say:Shorts policy — No restriction
