Why dogs bite

When I was a little boy, one of the favorite games among kids my age was teasing dogs so they would chase us.I also noticed that dogs—especially small ones like poodles or chihuahuas—enjoyed the same game. They loved chasing or scaring off people. Unfortunately, some of them would bite, but most didn’t. They just enjoyed watching us run for our lives.

Their version of the game was called “hunter and hunted.”

The rule was simple: we run, they chase. We stop, they stop. That’s exactly how predators identify their prey in the sea of grass. Movement is highly attractive to predators. It's not just about hunting for food—it’s hunting for excitement. Most predators won’t even eat already-dead prey. They love the chase.

Dogs are attracted to motion, and instinctively, we know that—because we humans are predators too.As bloggers or internet marketers, we spend time crafting posts for our audience, and we almost always want to promote something—whether it’s another post or a product—using hyperlinks.

From my observation, I found that most hyperlinks are static. The only difference between a hyperlink and regular text is usually the color (commonly blue). But as I mentioned earlier, we’re naturally drawn to motion, not color. We act fast when we detect movement.

So, what if we applied this predator instinct to hyperlinks? The click-through rate would dramatically increase if we took advantage of this behavior. That’s why I built a script that adds wavy lines under hyperlinks. When readers hover their mouse over a hyperlink, animated wavy lines appear right below it.That simple movement triggers the predator instinct inside the reader. It sparks excitement in us—the hunters. It motivates people to click and puts them in an adventurous mood that makes them more likely to take action—like buying your offer.

Have a look at the wavy hyperlink sample here.

What do you think ?

Do you find moving text more eye-catching than static links?

If you'd like the script, PM me your email address—and don’t forget to check your inbox (or spam folder) for this powerful little tool.

Asking for a refund can be "dangerous"

If the product you buy doesn't meet your expectations or fails to fulfill the promises made by the seller, then it's fair to ask for your money back. I've often seen sellers use the following claim on their sales pages: they say, “Why don't you test it out and see if you like it? If you don't, we'll give you every penny back—no questions asked.”
