Affiliate Terms

1. The program

The AI Cash Cow Affiliate Program lets you earn a commission by referring buyers to The AI Cash Cow sales letter using your personal affiliate link. These terms apply to everyone who uses an affiliate link. Please read them before you promote.

2. Joining

There is no signup. You join by creating a link with your PayPal email address, or by adding ?e= and your PayPal email to the end of the sales letter address, and then sharing it. By doing so you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these terms.

3. Commission

You earn 100% of the sale price paid by the customer for each qualifying sale of The AI Cash Cow that comes through your link. A sale qualifies when it is completed, not refunded, not disputed, and not excluded under section 6.

4. How referrals are tracked

When someone opens your link, your PayPal email is saved in their web browser for up to 365 days. If they buy during that time, the sale is credited to the most recent affiliate link they used.

Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser. A sale may not be credited if the visitor clears their browser data, switches to another device or browser, or uses a private window. We cannot guarantee that every sale you refer will be credited.

5. Payment

Commissions are paid in US dollars to the PayPal email address contained in your affiliate link.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address. We cannot recover or replace a commission sent to a mistyped or wrong address. A PayPal Business account is recommended, because some PayPal account types cannot receive or report certain payments. PayPal fees and any currency conversion costs are yours.

6. Self-referrals and fraud

You may not buy through your own link, or through the link of anyone connected to you, to earn a commission. Test purchases, fake orders, stolen payment methods and any other fraudulent activity are not allowed. We may refuse, withhold or cancel commissions for such sales and block PayPal addresses from the program.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred sale is refunded, reversed or disputed, the commission for that sale is cancelled. If it has already been paid, you agree to return it or allow us to deduct it from future commissions.

8. How you may promote

You are responsible for how you promote. Do not send spam, do not use misleading or false claims, and do not promise or imply guaranteed income. Follow all laws that apply to you, including rules on advertising and affiliate disclosure. Make it clear to your audience that you may earn a commission when they buy through your link.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on the commissions you receive. We do not withhold taxes or give tax advice.

10. No earnings guarantee

We make no promise about how much you will earn, or that you will earn anything. Results depend on your own efforts and audience. You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner.

11. Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms, change the program, or end it at any time. The updated terms apply from the date they are posted. We may also block any affiliate who breaks these terms. Commissions already earned on valid, completed sales before a change will still be honored.
