Talking about acquiring leads, there are two common ways to do that:

#1: Run paid ads (Google and Facebook ads are the most common).

If you don’t have experience setting up ads, you’ll need both time and money to learn.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Google Ads won’t run unless your budget is set to at least $500.

That’s what I learned from a course in Internet Traffic Mastery.

With Google Ads, if you want your banner ads convert well, they must be professional—otherwise, no one will click on them.

Vick will provide promotional tools, but imagine everyone here using the same set of banners or videos.

They’ll quickly become saturated, and the click-through rate will drop like a rock.

You must have your own version of banners to stand out.

You can either design them yourself or hire someone to do it.

The average cost is around $125 for a package.

Facebook ads, on the other hand, are much simpler to set up, and the barrier to entry is lower.

You can start with a daily budget of $5. From my experience, you need to spend at least $20/day

to properly test your Facebook campaigns.

Just like with Google Ads, you’ll need banners for your Facebook campaigns.

Let me paint a picture for you:

If you spend $20/day and normally people will need 14 days to get the hang of Facebook campaigns.

That’s $280, not including the cost of professional banner design.

You will need to come back to that paid service to redesign the banners everytime

your campaigns are not working. Just so you know, the average conversion rate is around 3%.

So you’d need 3,333 impressions to get 100 clicks, resulting in just 3 opt-ins.

#2: Create and grow one or multiple social channels

This is definitely a good way to drive traffic organically to your landing page which, in turn, leads to optins.

Many social media influencers really love what they are doing and don't mind spending months

if not years before they see the results.

But the real challenge is are you willing to spend your time and energy to build up everything for the ground up ?

If you are good at making videos and images, choose this path.

On the surface, it is a free method but you need to invest your time and be patient.

Just so you know, I had done social media management before.

For many established businesses, they are willing to pay a professional like me well to get decent images

and videos because they know decent quality media will help their channel keep gaining views.

Poor-quality videos or images won't get you anywhere.

I want to share with you my own experiece with paid ads and yes that is not represent to everyone.

I’ve tried to set up Google Ads, but it didn’t work.
