Link your domain based email with Gmail
Tired of logging into autoresponders just to send one personal message? Discover the simple Gmail setup that makes reaching out to prospects effortless.

I think you may not sell or promote medium to high-ticket offers but soon you will.
For promoting them, you focus on or take care of a small group of prospects,
not all people in your list.
Sending personal messages to one of those people will become a regular activity.
It is not convenient to do that with autoresponders.
Here is why.
You have to log in to your autoresponder, go to the prospect list, search for the one you want to send the message to, and start drafting an email before sending it away.
Today, I will share with you a shortcut to make your life easier.
You must link your email hosting with Gmail. The easiest way is subscribing to Google Workspace, which costs around $10 USD/month.
By using this service, you can use your domain-based email like a regular Gmail account.
If you have already subscribed to other services, like I have done with Zoho email hosting, you need to set up something like the following in Gmail hosting:
- SMTP Server: smtp.zoho.com
- Port: 587 (with TLS) or 465 (with SSL). Port 587 is the most commonly recommended option.
- Username: Your full Zoho email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).
- Password: The App-Specific Password you generated earlier, not your regular Zoho password.
Have you set up something like that with your Gmail account?
